    Thanks @Spliner1969 - like the new picture! Did some easy dolphin planks today to make up some time.

    1 November: 4 minutes (4 x 60 sec - straight arm)
    2 November: 3 minutes (3 x 60 sec - straight arm)
    3 November: Unexpected rest day - worked late, and worn out from paddling today.
    4 November: Unexpected rest day - worked late...will be doing some over the weekend.
    5 November: 3 minutes (3 x 60 sec - straight arm) - making up for missing 2 days this week
    6 November: Rest Day
    7 November: Unexpected rest day
    8 November: Unexpected rest day
    9 November: 6 minutes (3 x 120 sec - straight arm dolphin)

    Total: 16 of 60 minutes

    I figured out the other day how to time travel, or at least stop time. All I have to do is get 30 seconds into a plank watching my stopwatch on my phone, and close my eyes for what seems like an entire minute just to open them and see only 5 seconds have passed! ;)

    Well done everyone! Worked late again last night and pulled my back and tweaked my shoulder again. I might get a few planks in today, but heading to a race for the weekend, so all bets are off that I'll be doing much planking. Got to run...but hope everyone has a great weekend!
