I wouldn't use weight gainers. I was a hard gainer at a younger age and all that weight gainer did was make me full all day and not want to eat so it defeated the purpose. You're better off eating small meals throughout the entire day to get your calories. For me it was easier to split up 3,000 plus calories every 2 hours than have a 1200 calorie shake and not want to eat again until 8 hrs later lol.1
