    Day 15 = 1min 30secs.

    On my first go.
Have gone back to the article
Posted by history1027 to improve my plank posture. Needing to pull in my core to help alleviate this discomfort, as it was challenging on the lower back.
    Otherwise onwards and plankwards :)

Finished my third day of 60 second.like others have said, it got easier by the third day.

@alipsie19 it came up on my timeline like you posted all three in one day. I was going to say that's crazy. My core muscles are sore just from the one

    I actually did
    Day 1-6 together,
Day 7-9 together, Day 10 the same night
Day 11 in the am then Day 12 in the pm.

Skipped this morning though. I'm going to hit it hard this afternoon!

    Day 15: 90sec hold, collapse.

jmacaroni- you were right, they are getting easier. I also think it's the fact that I'm not having to do as many in a row to catch up.

    How's everyone else doing?
Ooganlana, how'd those first five go?
    Serenade_N, how's the back? Better?

Power to you guys playing catch up.

    A big pant!
Day 16 = 120sec! On first go!! I really didn't want to drop my knees and go again if I dropped
Before 120secs. And back does not feel too bad. Thanks alipsie19. I Continue to stretch as I do post plank.

    Onwards and plankwards!

Hope to be back on today after this little blip.

Nothing like waiting until the last minute of the day, huh?! But hey, I did not forget about y'all.

    Day 18: 2 min 30 sec hold!

    We've got this!!

    Well done!

If I was to pin point a point of when I start shaking I'm not able to exactly. It goes in waves and never similar, my quads, arms, lower back will take turns to lead the shake squad. I have to shift a little front and back or side to side to persuade my mind I can do the planks said duration.

But if I was to pin point a point of grit it'll be 1:50ish. In my mind it's like "common another 10+30secs....common...."

I always think I am at the edge and then when I reach it and collapse down to the floor I think omg if I reached this I wonder how much more can I go?.... :)

A lot of my curiosity about what my body can do is driving this now. I am truly grateful for having found this group. Thank you.
    Half way there....
    Day 18: 150secs done!

Ok gang, no plank today. I would love to explain but it would just be an excuse. Sorry about that. I hope you all had a good day.

    1 2 skip a few
I start so many challenges but never finish...
Lost track of the days but I am determined to keep going - 2mins or 120seconds this morning - personal best - not bad for a nearly 49yr old
    Happy planking folks

Ok very late to the game but am joining in on day 20 (I am not catching up on the missed days :) ). 2 min 30 sec done. You could have sewn a jacket if you had attached a needle and thread to me with how much I was shaking at the end.

Scored tied 7-7, I can't stand referees!, and...

Day 20: 2:30 hold and relax (not too bad after an abundance of rest)

    More to follow!

Ok, that just sucked! Felt like someone was punching me in the gut the whole time...but I did it. Thank you for being there with me. ❤️
