I dunno though haha...I've spent the last 3.5 years in Victoria but I can't stand the bipolar weather here and wouldn't miss it.

I'm from the Northern Territory and spent most of my life in Western Australia (Hot AF) so hopefully I easily revert back to my Sun Lovin' Lizard self.2 -

more helpful advice for future texans: if you go out after midnight and it sees you from overhead, try not to move or breathe. just wait silently until it passes and you should be fine. unless its the 10th. just stay home on the 10th.2 -

Nothing against your sharing this at all but I don't give a hoot about all the billionaires blowing their money like this.
I keep thinking of all the good it could be doing instead. IMO it's just a huge cry for attention and a 'look at me and see how rich I am'. I heard a blurb on the radio from Bezos this a.m. and he thanked amazon shoppers who helped make it possible.

because despite all his power and influence and especially money, he could only get just over 10 mins in space, not even in orbit.
and hey 10 mins in space, that's awesome, it's a lot more than any of us will ever see. but it's a lot less than other people already have seen.
so i wonder if he stopped and considered that. if so i hope it was a humbling experience.
that despite everything he has, all that money, greater men of the past, who started with less, were still able to reach further than him.
and there's nothing he can ever do to change that.3 -

One will never know - it’s what I find fascinating about the mind - he may not have even considered that - not sure I would have - but again with my upbringing I wouldn’t want to spend that much for just 11 minutes regardless if anyone else would get the opportunity- but then again I complain about paying over $7 for a fast food meal - get off my damn lawn5 -
Figuring out whether to show up for my laser hair removal consultation at a new spa dressed with ironic irreverence (a vodka graphic t-shirt and huge sunnies even though it's about to rain) or as as semi-unfulfilled "Soccer Mom" (jeans...and perhaps the same t-shirt).
