The words “delight“ and “lovely” are red flags. I’m not saying every person who uses them is a religious zealot but odds are

Crap, I say lovely all the time

See that’s why it’s not a hard and fast rule

My birthday week and vacation is next week and I am ill prepared. I’m just gonna wing a trip to Puerto Rico with my mom. First idea was Japan but didn’t get my passport in time and second idea was Hawaii but I’m a little broke for both places so Puerto Rico it is! I’m also too broke for this destination but I’m hoping everything doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Mom found a cheap place to stay and hopefully it’s not dangerous.
I’m planning on trying to see as much of the natural beauty as the island has to offer. Brightest bioluminescent bay in the world, the rainforest and hopefully some caves. Black sand beaches and maybe snorkeling. We’ll see what’s possible. May have to come back another time for everything. It looks beautiful, warm weather, can’t wait for the food. It’s gonna be a good time.
Only thing that can screw it up is if these flights get packed. I’m hoping with it being the off season things will work out. Idk what the back up plan could be….
I considered yellow stone and the Grand Canyon but the weather is ice cold and I wouldn’t enjoy myself. February is the coldest month imo.

Oooh have fun. I've wanted to see the bioluminescent bay when I've been there but first time we didn't have time and second time we just did a tour of San Juan with the absolute worst tour guide ever....we left the tour early and she demanded a reason so rather than saying because you are a terrible tour guide I said because we're Canadian. 😂 She seemed to accept that. All she seemed to show us was where public toilets used to be and got mad when I'd answer her trivia questions correctly.

Enjoy your trip it'll be awesome!!!

    🤣😂🤣 “I’m Canadian” 💀
Reminds me of the time I was in Costa Rica and telling everyone, “Sorry I’m American” when me and my bf at the time couldn’t keep up because we were so out of shape. 💀
And thank you! I will enjoy it regardless of what we have time for.

I might be dumb. I never understood the expression “bored stiff.” It’s because boards are stiff 🤦‍♀️

How does a blemish-free yellow banana turn into this in less than an hour?

If you refrigerated it or left it in a cold vehicle or something similar

Carried it out to my heated car and drove to my job about 50 minutes away. It was in the cold garage air for maybe 20 seconds. Crazy

Then the only reason I can think of is it doesn’t like you. Stupid banana. Eat an apple instead

The SECOND I pressed post, I thought about the irk thread. I was thinking more how my perfectly yellow peeled bananas look so bruised after walking home from the market with having to haul the bag of groceries onto my shoulder and the bag hitting my backside when I do it.

God, you have such a dirty mind!

It’s a short day as far as the workload but it doesn’t feel like that. I think it’s because I’ve been running around since I came in. I told two managers that I was going to be late to my shift because I had a company related appointment and of course I come into a regular schedule and the people who make the schedule had no idea. I’m honestly zero surprised. They could have put me on the part time truck and it would’ve been fine.. anyway, rushed it and somehow got done on time.

I’m pretty sure the plastic from my steam in bag vegetables is going to be the thing my great grand children point to and say that’s why granny is the way she is.

Dinner. I'm starving cause I didn't eat a lot today because I had a stupid migraine hit at skating. It's not fun driving home while you have the weird flashes in your eyes....luckily I didn't have to go far

I'm expecting a FedEx pack with my white color samples. I'm really hoping it gets here before I have to leave for the airport

I usually don’t have to slow down much but today I did. I kinda like testing my vehicles capabilities and my snow driving skill but not when too many people are around. Lol

Plus people think because my vehicle is massive it must be good in the snow. It is not. It’s built for speed. Not snow.🤡

My Monday drive is a repeat. Yay she was really nice. Unlike the one this week who talked on her phone the whole drive home. Awkward

I cannot wake up today I’ve eaten real food, took my vitamins, drank water. I’ve even drank soda and had sugar and nothing is getting it done for me today. Physical activity bc I’m at work. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I slept in late. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
