    I have a question.

We're going to be traveling to Paris (France, not Texas) and will be staying at an AirBnB.

Our host has been very helpful upfront and we would like to bring a gift to her from the US.

Q: Any ideas on a suitable gift?

Thank you in advance for your helpful replies; keep it clean, dammit.

I'm sure a bottle of wine is always appreciated

but it's Paris.... they already have wine (and I'm pretty sure it's better than Arizona wine)

I was thinking about one of these, but my wife shot down that idea (not sure why).

Well yeah but they don't have free wine

    true.

... and I bet she's never enjoyed a lukewarm bottle of Night Train.

That's what they get for letting Anne Hathaway die a penniless prostitute.

Not true, American wine can be good (Napa Valley) but

Hershey's cookies and cream bars are not sold in France.

Ladies and gentleman, I present to you, my first true love. Certainly every parent looks at their child and thinks they couldn’t possibly love them any more. But this kid, makes me fall in love with her harder every day. God dammit.

I hope my kids are like your kids
