That health/fitness is kinda like a marathon. I tend to trip over my own feet, get bloody knees and be all "F this sh.t, I quit!" I really wish I was the person who despite the embrassment of falling down AND skinning my knees I'd still crawl my bloody carcass over the finish line ...2
