    The mind is on my mind. The mind stores facts, memories, it is a whirlwind of thoughts, emotions, ideas, the mind forms beliefs and attitudes and bias. It contains our ability or inability for self control, self discipline, will power, rebellion,etc. it’s got these things called dopamine, endorphins, serotonin, and it can be anxious or at peace. It interprets signals from noise to sight to taste and touch. It loves and it hates. It hopes and it fears. Our mind is who we are. It is so difficult to conquer. In fact, it seems impossible to control the mind with the same mind we are trying to use to control itself. Does it contain a soul? Will it survive physical death? Will it escape the body, or is it trapped within our skull. If in fact there is a soul, maybe it is our soul that controls the mind? I don’t know.
