I could have sworn I saw a different word when I first read that.
Ooh I wonder if that gets a kitten. Queef.
This should be the word of the day, worked into as many posts as possible. I'd do it, but it takes too much effort for a Monday.
i think “curve” was already christened as the word of the day
Could we combine the two into one super word?
Qurve?
I like it. sounds like the name of a fancy perfume
Mmm the only fragrance that makes a noise.

and ignores you at the same time
Oh I was thinking more along the lines of the sound of a queef when you press down on the spray nozzle thing. The spritzer? You guys know what I’m talking about, right?
When you launch the IPO, I want in
As soon as I decide what a qurve smells like, you’re in.
Whatever it smells like, I'm dabbing that chit on the inside of my forearm.0 -

Trigger point massage your whole calf to the back of your knee (gastrocnemius muscle area), until you flex your ankles and feel zero tightness or dull pain. You run a whole lot, it's bound to happen.2 -
Sad, I'm just sad. For me, for other people, for dead animals I see on the road...for not appreciating my days/time...for being a *kitten* friend, sister, daughter etc. For not taking better care of myself. For not making better use of my time. For always wishing for something else.10

True but I hate trying to adjust back to east coast time. My sleep is all screwed up to begin with so I was thinking stay awake so I can get good sleep when I get back home.0 -

I drink water, I try to snack healthy (fruit, nuts) but I can't get over this hump of just wanting to snack on everything. When does it get better?
I cheated over the weekend due to previous plans and a friend in town, two dinners of unhealthy foods and some beers, I blew my count by at least 300 over and that was AFTER budgeting a lot of calories to spend. I'm hitting a frustrated point and it's only early days.flibberdigibit wrote: »My husband and I are trying to get healthy, lose weight, and get active. Don't assume that 1200 is right for you just because MFP says so. It isn't right for everyone. Do some research on BMR and TDEE and don't give up!!
@flibberdigibit I agree with Istrats advice. If you come back to the forums consider making a thread on one of the help boards to get some assistance from some of the successful users. Many people find 1200 calories too difficult to stick to, and most users given that number have selected goals too aggressive for their personal needs. Hope it all works out for you!0 -
I'm tired all the time. I'm sick of just getting through. I cannot remember the last time I felt like I was living vs 'just' existing. That makes me really sad.4
