    Just knot?

    No?

    Ok, bye...

A friend invited me to donate to Bronx tails cat rescue and our group have hit our target amount, so FB is going to donate equal value of our initial target amount, before awarding the full amount to the animal rescue for the holiday season.

Doesn't surprise me at all. Appreciate your sharing and recommendation. Will test-sample the fragrance against my skin the next time I make it to Bath & Body Works. Shea butter on its own is a lot to bear, but through body creams and body butters and lotions it's amazing, much like vanilla bean as the lead-scents. I also love sweet almond oil.

I’m turning into a really angry person. I’ve gained a *kitten* ton of weight in the last month and it’s adding to my anxiety, but not enough to get back to tracking and working out. I really thought I had finally got my emotional eating under control 🙄

You know it's funny how many of today's chit-chat people were yesterday's fun and games people... I wonder if eventually, today's fun and games people will be tomorrow's chit-chat people lol

should I jog 3 or 5 miles after work

If you have a choice why would you consider the lesser one?
