the real question here is "how much you curl bro?"

In, or out, of the squat rack?

inside the rack if the bowflex is taken.

Ah, OK. If it were out of the rack it'd be drop sets of 12 oz or 16 oz, depending on how I'm feeling that day.

    But in? About...

I leg press like 600lbs so I really don't see a need for squats and deadlifts are bad for your back. No thank you!

OK... but do you Leg Press ATG tho? If not then GTFO.

Max effort deficit triples last night. The worst ever.

Where did you get your shirt?

    I really like it.

Deadlifts arent bad for you if done correctly. Your lower back has muscles that need to be trained which is why lower back pain is so common. I suggest learning all you can about deadlifts and putting them into your workouts

Those muscles can be trained without doing deadlifts.

A life without deadlifting is not a life worth living.

I only do safety bar deadlifts and hex bar squats.
My preference also, even though you are being facetious. ;)

I've deadlifted with the same trap/hex bar for over 10 years and a got SS Yoke Bar for squats this year.
    Worth every penny.

I won't only use these bars but I have them and they are great so I use them every chance I get.
Deadlifting tomorrow on Wendler's 5/3/1 program, squats were Monday.

I definitely miss the SS Yoke when I am lifting somewhere without it, even though the SS Yoke makes squats even harder...

@TresaAswegan I gotta think that shirt says "Deadlifing Rocks," right? I confess - my first thought was "Deadlifting Sucks." But that can't be right.

Haven't you heard ATG is bad for your knees? I wish more people would swallow their pride and stop worrying about dropping so low. You can get perfectly good results from a quarter reps...

Off topic but I've got an eliteFTS SS Yoke bar and I love it. I've heard talk about how it puts more forward pressure on your back which makes squatting more difficult but I do not find that the case at all. If anything, it makes squats easier and better for me and I'm lifting much more weight because of it.
