Can somebody recommend me a good very low carb/keto group on here? Are there more than one? How active are they? I tried searching but stambled upon a group that disn't seem very active but maybe I just didn't have full access since I didn't join?

This is the busiest group here, with over 30,000 members. You have to 'join', which is well worth it, it's full of info and experienced ketoers/low carbers.
