Okay, right off the bat I can tell you the reason why you're not losing weight is because you're estimating your food intake. 1/8 of a sandwich isn't an accurate measurement. You need to start weighing your food, because I guarantee you that you're not eating a 1200 if you're not weighing any of your food. Weigh EVERYTHING that isn't a liquid, and that includes veganaise, oil, hummus. Stop using spoons and cups for solid and semi solid foods, weigh them.

With the OP having an ED background... not sure if that's the best advice FOR HER.
To be very very honest OP, I am seldom at a loss on how to offer advice on weight loss mechanics.
Honestly, I question this whole weight loss journey, especially since it involves logging and scales and things that you've spent time and energy trying to distance yourself from.
To my ears it sounds like you may be better off attempting to resolve some of these issues so as to free yourself from their burden... and that might be more important than fitting into a pair of jeans.
My general advice on how to lose weight is "move more; eat less; don't do either to an extreme"
In fact, apply both to the least degree and accept slow results.10 -
OP, you are working with lots of bad data/guessing, so it's going to be really hard for anyone to give you useful advice, unfortunately.
You said you are measuring waist and hips. But there are other parts of your body you could be losing weight from. As far as your jeans, I had to gain 15 lbs before I noticed my jeans getting tighter. So based on what you've said, you could have in fact lost some weight.
If you could have someone weigh you, at least you would know you are making progress. You haven't answered the questions about using a food scale - are you avoiding it because of your history as well? I would guess from your diary that you are not weighing your portions, but sometimes it's hard to tell.
Generally, the best bet to make sure you are on the right track is to use a food scale and track your body weight. If you need to avoid these due to your history, perhaps having someone help you with both would work. Best of luck2 -
It is hard to gauge weight by jeans size. My jeans shrink a size when I wash and dry them sometimes and stretch out a size after wearing them all day.2

With your history having someone involved helping you with your weightloss is a good idea. That could be your boyfriend but maybe a medical professional would be better.
I wouldn't say eat more as 99% of the time that isn't the answer. If you are not logging the weight of food in g and liquids in ml the chances are you are eating more than you think ( I can't see your diary I think it's my phone that's the problem there) especially things like peanut butter, hummus etc can add up quickly if you are using spoons to measure, this is from experience I was at times 50% out when using spoon measures vs weight for hummus with my calories.
Keep at it but take it slow there is no rush and plateaus come and go you are still 15lbs lighter than you were at the start of your journey however long it takes as long if the trend is same or down and not up it doesn't matter.0 -
you are guessing your weight....you are guessing your portions....that is the start of your problem...you are doing everything exactly opposite how you should for this to work.1

I don't know about eating disorders, but about your current goals, the way you're doing it now you're bound to end up just spinning your wheels getting nowhere.
You don't know how much you actually weigh, which means you don't have a proper calorie estimate that you're burning. You don't know how much you're eating so you don't have a proper calorie estimate for what you're putting in. And finally you're not weighing yourself so you don't even know if you're losing, gaining or staying the same weight so you can't even adjust your food intake from that.5 -

You have no real idea what you weigh, you have no idea how much you really eat -- it's impossible to suggest anything.
Measurements are not as reliable an indicator and won't show progress as often as scale weight and are prone to error because you could be retaining water, pulling the tape tighter or holding it looser, holding it in a slightly different spot -- things like that.0
