MyFitnessPal only gives me 1880 calories daily?

1880 calories sounds about right to me, assuming you are younger than I am. How much have you lost so far and how much more do you wish to lose?
Did you miss the part where he is a 21 yo MALE?
His BMR is 1765.
He is at a NORMAL weight.
He should not be cutting any more than 20% off of his TDEE assuming that losing weight as opposed to recomposition even makes sense for him!
ETA: and it sure looks like he's left the room...
Lol sorry forgot to check in, but yeah after I add cardio it should be somewhere around 2200-2500 usually, but still. I'm trying to shred some body fat.0
