    That site (if it's the one I think it was) is great -- if you input a body fat %, otherwise, it really low-balls things.

    Ill work on finding out my body fat % XD

    random calculator i just did took my measurements and said im 37.9 % body fat XD sounds emberassing x3

    BMR estimate here next using that BF% - which gives the Katch formula.

    Or any other site (one given, Scooby's, ect) where it allows giving BF% and selecting Katch formula and then TDEE options.

    Also, measuring for BF is same as a valid weigh in to minimize risk of water weight fluctuations -
    Morning after rest day eating normal sodium levels, not sore from last workout.

    And what's nice about above calc - it gives 2 formula results, so better chance of average being good estimate.
