Most people do. I have not been that lucky. I've always had huge boobs so I suspect they'll be one of the last to go4
-
sorry...1
-
Did you have boobs before you were overweight? I had boobs before I was overweight, so I imagine I will still have them after I lose the weight. I'm sure they will go down a bit, but proportionally, I imagine I'll still have them.5
-
Yay. We can just type boobs! Boobs aren't *kitten*5
-
Mine have shrunk proportionally. I have big boobs exclusive of being fat. If you have boobs because you're overweight then you'll likely lose them. All the luck of the genetic draw.0
-
Same here, mine were the last to go. I am very happy I lost weight, don't get me wrong, but I now have a pair of deflated balloons. I am probably older than you though lol.3

This. I had -5 boobs when I was originally a normal weight, pathetic boobs even at 250lbs and am basically concave now lol. If you've always been busy logically speaking I'd think you'd stay busty0 -
They may shrink a bit depending on how much they grew when you gained. I'm still figuring this out.0

First in, last out, in general. The difference between big boobs and small is mostly fat, but where your body stores fat differs for each person. So for instance I'm lean, around 22% bodyfat, and my padding is on legs and butt, boobs tiny and always have been. Someone else may get to that 22% and have very slender legs and butt and keep their padding on the chest.0

I've lost 100 Pounds before and I also lost my boobs. But honestly, my health is more important than my boobs. I gained back the weight with my second child and I'm bracing myself to be back in a floppy A-cup. haha3

Maybe you could buy some?4 -
I was happy to lose what I did. If you're generally busty, you'll likely still be busty. Maybe.
When I was obese, it was just all kinds of ridiculous. Now, even though they're deflated and saggy, I don't feel like they arrive places before I do like they used to. It's a good trade-off.8 -

Nah they'd be a running liability anyway7 -
Have some of my boobs if you want lol10

If yours are mostly glandular tissue, then you can be guaranteed they'll mostly stay, though they might shrink some. If they're mainly fat, then it'll depend on genetics and how much fat you end up losing.3
-
I know I will, because at a normal weight, I was a 34B, and right now at 162, I am a 36D.
Does not bother me in the slightest. I felt very cute as a 34B. Right now I feel like a mountainous wet nurse.4 -
I was fuller chested before I got big... but I was also 18 so I was always gunna lose the pert teenage boobs! But yeah. A cup now lol0

OMG I hope I lose some - when I got my last mammogram I made a joke that they were probably mostly fat and the nurse was like nope, sorry they aren't, so I am not holding my breath. When I was thin and an A cup I was so happy. I went up to a 40 D and since I have not lost any actual breast size I am now technically a 34G (but since I can't find that anywhere I go with 36 DDD). I hate going to the store and seeing all the super cute bras for smaller breasted girls that I can't buy anymore (just saw some about an hour ago and was sad).4
-
Yes, definitely. But I'm ok with it. Although to be fair I've only gone down one cup size so far. Its really impossible to know how much you'll lose in that area. But don't sweat it. Health and happiness should come first over looks.3

^^^^this...I'm personally afraid of losing too much butt...boobs...meh, who cares.

Nope, I have lost 27 lbs total since April and I'm still a whopping 36 F....I most certainly would love it if mine would go away, but I doubt it0 -
I hope I lose some cuppage... I'm currently a 42H/40I depending on fit. Last time I dropped a band size I gained a cup size. When I was skinny I was a 38F... Guess we'll see.0

YEP. I think I'm in the B range now. I've never had myself officially/professionally measured, but when I was overweight, I was somewhere on the border between a C and D (I thought I was a C, but friends said I looked like a D, so idk). My fat sat on my hips the most, and I was a pear by pretty much all methods I used online, but people said I looked like an hourglass. Anyways, I was overall curvy. When I lost weight, all of my curves and assets (see what I did there? xD) went away. For me, curves come only if I'm overweight and/or they're not genetic. I don't really care that much. I did like my figure when I was overweight, and I do think curves look great, but I've never been super crazed over getting a certain figure. I work with whatever I have.3

42H and 40I are the same bra size. Going down a band size while going up a cup size, in bra terms, is staying the same size. Cups of the same letter aren't necessarily the same "on their own". It's a ratio related to the band size. If you separated a D cup from five different band sized bras and compared them to reach other they wouldn't be the same size. When you go up or down for the band size you go the opposite direction for the cup. For example, if you wear a 38C, but can't find one in the store look for a 36D or a 40B. They'll also fit. Bra shopping became so much less stressful for me when I learn this because the 'one size' that I though I was was rare to see in stores. Some of the alternatives were much more common.3 -
When I was fat I was a 38B; now after losing 82 lbs, I'm a 32A It sucks because I barely had boob to begin with LOL0
-
I lost mine. Have to wear padded bras now just to give the illusion of having something..... I'm not pleased by any means but it wouldn't be worth staying fat over.5
-
I agree with what's been said, but I'd just like to add a little something. Although places that we are scared to lose, like our boobs and butts, are made up mostly of fat and will most often shrink alongside everything else, there are things to do to slightly remedy the situation.
For a "bigger" chest, work your pecks! Not only will this give great definition to your collar bones, arms, and chest, but by building muscle under your boobs, you're adding to their overall volume. Think push-ups and chest presses.
For a bigger butt, work the glutes! There are plenty of exercises that will work your legs and butt, or just your butt if you don't want big legs. Educate yourself and find what works best for you.
(Both of these have served my really well in toning up and maintaining mass in certain places. Obviously, both will take time as you are trying to actively build muscle, but don't give up! Just a few sets a week can really make a difference.)6 -
Ugh. I wish I could lose my boobs.
When I lose weight, I tend to lose everywhere except my boobs... and I hate my chest so I wish it would just go away!1
