    Athlean NXT. Geared towards athleticism. A different phase every month for 18 months. Strength, cardio, speed, balance, and coordination. I've been using it nonstop for 4 years now.

    my kind of person - lol! I've never done the fink plan but I've heard good things about it

    It's really good you just need time to be able to put the hours in once the weeks really build. the Competitive plan peaks at 22hours a week training if I remember correctly. I work shifts and have no kids so tend to be able to fit it all in but i'd hate to think how hard it would be to follow with a 9-5 job and kids!!
