It's really good you just need time to be able to put the hours in once the weeks really build. the Competitive plan peaks at 22hours a week training if I remember correctly. I work shifts and have no kids so tend to be able to fit it all in but i'd hate to think how hard it would be to follow with a 9-5 job and kids!!0
