Hi guys,
This weekend I'm gonna try making protein pancakes for the first time. What is a good, general ratio for ingredients? I would like a recipe with as few ingredients as possible and on the low cal side.
*im vegan but you can write non vegan recipes and I'll swap things as needed
Also, what toppings do you guys put on? I love Maple syrup but don't love lots of sugar...is there any sort of recplacement? I know I have maple essence at home, is there anything I could mix that with as a replacement?

I just add the protein powder In to the mix...maybe I add a little less flour but not usually if the batch makes 8 pancakes I add 2 scoops or so. There are awesome recipes Google is thy friend.
We use real maple syrup and a little goes a long way..like a tsp for me. If I add enough cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to batter I don't even need syrup. I also make a fruit compote with just little water and ripe fruit or Apple sauce and put on top.

Probably not even the slightest bit vegan, but my go to is 1 cup of Kodiak Power Cakes mix, 1 scoop of Trutein Vanilla Bean, and 1 cup of water. Makes a ton, but I usually power through and eat them all in one sitting.

I'll probably use flax seeds. They absorb water in the mix and bind things just like eggs

Here's simple recipe fore vegan protein pancakes. 4 ingredients! I still haven't mastered the liquid to dry ratio. These are good even when I don't make them perfectly. These are decently fluffy being without dairy and eggs. I need pancakes.........

    I came to say this ^ !
With just water and a banana I find one pancake filling enough for a regular breakfast. If I'm gonna work out on it, I add the egg.

... one pancake? Nope. One serving? Maybe. But I usually add some nut butter on top (or ham, cheese, and an egg).

I like them best just mixed with water though.
