HI ,my name is Kai and I just joined this community...Im pretty healthy for a 21 year old constantly moving and generally walk/run 1-3 miles a day. That being said, it's really hard for me to get rid of belly fat (I have a little pouch that is just the hardest thing to get rid of :(

Can someone tell me what nutrition/fitness goals I should set in the system to help me lose the pouch?
