Taco bowls (beef/chicken, sour cream, lettuce, onion, cheese, salsa).
Shredded chicken baked into a "casserole" with a can of soup and a bag of cheddar cheese (broccoli optional)
    Brautwurst (kraut optional)
Slather a slice of cheese (or leaf of lettuce) in Mayo and create a Rollup of ham/turkey/etc

Avocado and nuts for fat. Veggies for low carbs. Fish/chicken for protein.

Use coconut oil and bacon fat for cooking/frying. Saute low carb vegetables in coconut oil, fry eggs in coconut oil, add some to your coffee in the morning. Look up recipes for "crack slaw." It's basically ground beef and cabbage stir fry. Use full fat plain yogurt, use heavy whipping cream on coffee, snack on macadamia nuts, full fat cheese, and avocados. And good luck with sugar withdrawals if you have those!
  • Cook any (preferrably naturally raised) meat and (preferrably) wild fish in ghee. Butter is fine too. Shellfish take well to coconut oil. Pretty much all veggies taste good covered in ghee, salt and pepper. Wild berries have a great antioxidant:glycemic ratio.

For cooking, certain spice combinations are your friend. I find that salt, pepper, thyme and paprika all go really well together. Turmeric and cumin can be added too, and chilli powder according to your tolerance.
