Don't want to feel alone in the weightloss struggle...

I was just thinking about this whole weight loss struggle. It's seems like for me no matter how much I count calories, or change my stats in MFP to adjust my calories, it's just not working. Dieting alone for me is a struggle but having pcos with it is just making it that much worse.1

I have actually found my PCOS motivates me to stay healthy. As I drop weight, I feel better and symptoms lessen dramatically. I honestly think it's not so much my diet that affected symptoms as much as just being overweight did.0

Lots of dark leafy greens and avoiding anything that's an inflammatory food helps (different for each person). Good luck - you got this girl!1
