Well that's half of 66, so not quite middle. :)

Hi everyone, just turned 44. Lost 100 pounds 6 years ago. Gained 20 back. Trying to get a grip on it before it's too late. Good luck everyone!

I'm 38 and I do not consider myself "middle aged". If you want to, that is fine. But to me its for 50 somethings. I am young and I plan on being young for a long time.

    It's all about your frame of mind. I'm 50 but honestly I don't feel a day over 49. :p

Good for you. I'm almost 3 years over 49.

When I turned 35, I called my dad and said "35 x 2 is 70. How's it feel to have a middle aged daughter? He laughed. I'm far past 35 now, but just started this weight loss journey (again) and MFP. I signed up three years ago and did nothing else. Now I'm in it to win it!
