Good mornin'... was a very, very long extra shift yesterday. I swear I came in, cleaned up, and crashed. Another double today- currently procrastinating getting ready. But I see sunshine again!! (even if it's not warm)1

Well, only 39, but still cracking!
Down below 100kg today AND passed 30 bmi AND just finished my back/biceps workout AND there is sun and no snow outside.

Good Morning!!! I had 3 apps on my phone last night trying to determine which to go with. So here I am. Was also thinking last night where are the 50 ish humans?!?! Got up this morning looked at this again and there you are!!! I am a mom of 4 ranging from 30 down to the baby who will be 12 soon. With them all gone except for the lil lady it's time to finally take care of me. Anyone feel free to add me. I may need a buddy or 37 of them2

50'ish human here--actually 56'ish--and doing well in NJ--finally sunny and warm.
Did my first spin class last night. Usually a runner, kickboxing, and bootcamp person. Always looking for something new and effective. Loved the spinning but definitely will feel it in the quads once they're no longer numb. Happy Day.

50, london commuter, a desk jocky for 30 odd years and struggeling to keep my waist ten inches below my age.... books food film are my interests and of late avoiding death before I can become a burden to my kids. Feel free to add me! interested in doing a tough mudder type course in 2018 with others just looking to finish rather then record record breaking times.0
