Good morning! Back on schedule this week. Gym at 5am. Who else is an early bird with their workouts?
4:30am, best part is done by 5:30 and wide awake (most days)

    Have a great week people.

WOW. U go guys!! I'm def not an early bird. Evening work outs for me :)

Evening workouts for me too, but not because I'm not an early bird. I'm up early, but my body doesn't cooperate with my mind so early in the morning. Wish it did though.

Same. I'm up super early thinking "maybe I'll go to the gym," then I have my coffee and if I'm lucky, 15 minutes of morning Yoga. But I go to the gym immediately after work to be sure I get there.

    Thoughts for the day:
    1. sweet potato chips have the same bad qualities as normal potato chips, and
    2. they taste really bad.

I don't think this is an actual group like on FB that you have to be added. It's a forum that anyone can post to.

So, WELCOME TO THE FORUM.

Hello - I had not seen this group before. I am Gabi, I've been trying to lose weight on/off for years. Wow - does it gets harder each time I've tried. It's inspiring to see everyone's journey.

Personally, I cannot wait until the kids go back to school so I can get back to a normal routine! I enjoy my AM workouts, but I am currently working out in the evening and it's TOO HOT IN TEXAS!

Just felt weird all day. Kind of numb feeling at the thought of it. Most birthdays before that, meant absolutely nothing to me.

Something strange about being so old, but it hasn't really "affected" me in any other way yet. :)

I think I know what you mean, 40 hit me really hard, it was like BAM how'd I get this old.. Im not looking forward to 50 truthfully 😔
I often see much older people and wonder if they still think of themselves as younger on the inside..
    I feel about 30 😅
