Hi all!
I'm just wondering if anyone is doing the ketogenic diet?
I'm needing help on simple, cheap meal ideas.
I'm doing the scrambled eggs for breakfast, chicken and vegetables for lunch, usually the same for dinner...
I'm hoping this diet works! I'm tired of no results

Remember that moat low carb diets are low carb and high fat. No need to stick to lean meats like chicken. Try beef, turkey, pork, or other foods like cheese, plain 10% yogurt, nuts, seeds, avocados, olives, coconut and such.
Most keto'ers eat between 5-10% carbs, usually at 20g of carbs per day. Protein will be moderate and fat will make up 85-65% of the rest of your diet. Have fun with the fats. They are tasty, and I found it to be liberating to eat fats with relative freedom.0
