Workout when you feel your best, hopefully at that hour you have the time. For me, I feel my best mid-morning until 3ish. Used to train 1pm-2pm Monday thru Friday. Current schedule does not permit so now I have to train after work. I don't love it but I do the best I can with what I've got...0

I am not getting any less sleep than I already do to get up at 3am to go exercise. I workout at night. You do what works best for you.0

I prefer mornings because I have more energy. Other people prefer nights because they have more energy0
