So that's how Santa gets away with eating so many cookies on Christmas Eve.
Not sure Santa is a great role model for weight loss methods LOL

Still, no crumbs, so that's a win.

Thought I'd wrap up the ongoing series about meal timing so here goes.
Should I eat my biggest meal at midnight since if I eat at 12:00 a.m. I will have all the way until 11:59 p.m. to burn the calories?
At midnight a large percentage of people are usually sleeping. Based on the theory that meal timing doesn't matter, maybe its okay. But a full stomach just before getting into bed causes discomfort.0 -
I failed to have my main meal at midnight tonight, and am now lying in bed at nearly 2am, feeling slightly hungry, and will probably have to get a milky drink at least, or I won't sleep at all.
PROOF that eating at midnight is best.2
