How much sleep do you really need?

I can make 6 hours work, but 7-7.5 is my sweet spot. Anything over 8 hours will make me feel groggy for most of the day.0

i get 4-5 hours a night. i feel like crap if i sleep much more than that.0

I really need to get a minimum of 7, 8 is better. My problem is that I tend to have a horrible time actually falling asleep. Sometimes it takes me hours. Reality is often 3-5 hours of sleep.. or less0

I usually get between 6.5-7.5 hours on weeknights. On the weekends I usually sleep a full 10 hours though. I feel best after 10, for sure. If I get less than 6 hours on any given night, I feel physically sick the next day. Weird...0
