Husband came home from CostCo with a ham, so that's our meat. I had stuff planned for turkey so I'll do mashed potatoes, carrot and turnip, green beans, stuffing and gravy. He also bought the world's biggest pumpkin pie and I asked who else was coming. There's only the two of us tomorrow, the thing is like two feet across!2

Pizza Hut personal pan pepperoni and half the Tuscany meaty marinara pasta for me. Hubby is having a meat lover's P'zone and the other half of the pasta. The ILs are cooking a turkey breast for me, so I'll eat that in the evening. Mostly I will be going ham on cookies and sweets. I expect to hit 3500 calories tomorrow, if not more.1

Meh, I might do a veggie pizza or I might do scalloped potatoes, steamed veggies, and ham. It's just the man and me, and he has to work.1

Haven't decided yet. Leaning toward a pound of salmon filets, a half pound of red skin potatoes, and a pound of asparagus though.1

Husband suggested homemade pizzas so we're doing that, there will also be at least one bottle of beer involved as well0

We don't celebrate Christmas, but we do a huge Yule feast every year that we invite friends and family to (even those of a different faith).
This year we had roast pork as the main dish. Last year we were able to have a huge roast pig, but didn't really have access to a roasting pit this year so we compromised. We make huge fruit cakes and spiced cakes.
We had a lot of fun this year although our celebration was smaller than usual.2 -
Roast goose and potatoes, corn, salad and gluhwein. With the rest of the homemade pumpkin pie and apple torte.1

It's just me, home alone.
Roasting an 8# pork butt pernil-style. Going to pig out w/black beans & rice plus some buttered corn-on-the-cob when it's done and frig/freeze the leftovers. Yum!2 -
I slow cooked a picnic ham in a bath of apple cider and the household said, "Yummy". I also provided mashed potatoes, baked beans and green bean casserole with dinner rolls. Pecan pie and strawberry pecan cake were the desserts.2
