Started LCHF earlier this year but got distracted over the holidays.... I am ready to get back on track and thought that it would really helpful to have a community to lean on. Thanks for the group tip. I get on and off this site, and am back having reset my macros and gotten myself going today. Blech. I have no idea how to do a friend request.
