Diet/ food i can eat on low carb

Hey everyone! I am about to start doing a low-carb diet, would love some tips/options of quick fix things I can eat

I never really interacted in there, but they're a good bunch of folks with good solid lchf info.1 -
Green leafy/cruciferous veggies such as lettuce, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, and brussel sprouts.
Any meats - I prefer dark meat with skin and fattier cuts but if you prefer lean cuts, that's fine too - they generally have more protein and less fat, and I prefer more fat.
Nuts - Almonds and macadamia nuts are good - cashews are pretty carby.
Cheese and full fat dairy products
As for fast meals - I throw together a salad using spinach leaves, a creamy dressing, some hard boiled eggs, and some slices of prosciutto. It takes only a few minutes and it's yummy and satisfying.
Hard boiled eggs are good for a quick breakfast - super portable as well.
I also like deli meat roll ups - using a slice of deli meat, I smear some cream cheese and fold it over - sometimes I add olives or pickles.
