I'm back! Lost 9.6 pounds in December with that group. I was still 2.6 pounds away from my New Years goal, but I technically still have one more day, right?! Lol. Anyways...
Starting weight - heaviest, not pregnant weight - 193
Current weight - (today 12/30) 162.6
January goal - lose 10 pounds by January 31.
Ultimate goal - 130-135 (and become a runner).
Total loss for January - fingers crossed...

I'm 4.5 years post-VSG, and have been backsliding over the past 2 years. Its time to refocus my priorities, and get my *kitten* back in line with my long term goals!! No more sugar, no more bad carbs, no more stupidity. I'm better than this!!!

My first challenge here
I've been losing weight this December and I want to keep going in January. Today I took a cheat day because it's the last day of the year, starting fresh tomorrow!
Starting weight - 62'7 kg.
Current weight - 60'2 kg.
January goal - 58 kg.
Ultimate goal - 57 kg.
