    Im hoping as I just put on 4.2kg/9.24lb in last week of December (Dam xmas bingeing) I will drop a fair bit in the first weeks of January, once I get back into routine. fingers crossed.

    Hi Everyone! I'm going to try to make January the month I reach my ultimate goal... We'll see. I'm cleaning out the holiday junk from my cabinets and fridge tonight. I wish I had power over them, but unfortunately, they keep calling out to me. I don't do moderation very well, I guess. I've decided to do a new set of before and after pics to keep me going. They'll be going up on my fridge this month.
