I agree with what others have stated, you don't have to eat a breakfast. However, some people's mental and physical performance may be impacted without some calories in the morning. Some people are able to condition themselves to not require calories in the morning and continue fasting until lunch or even dinner. Other people's bodies work better with nutrition spread out during the day, i.e. Breakfast.
If the op doesn't need breakfast and feels fine without it, eating breakfast isn't a requirement of good health. However if the ops body works better with a breakfast there are some very quick nutritional options.0
