    I think I am going to throw my scale in the garbage, and only weigh myself at the gym on weigh-in day. I weigh myself everyday, 2X a day and I am driving myself crazy! Anyone else ever obsessed with the scale?
    I used to do the same thing, when I was on a roll is was great but I would hate it when the scale went up! it is best to weigh the same time and day each week. Give it a try and hang in there, you can do it!! Good luck.

    I don't weigh myself anymore except every 2 weeks at weigh in-I focus more on how my clothes fit and feel because the number game seemed to negatively impact my psyche and motivation - my clothes don't lie and a few ounces or even a pound up or down has no impact - just focus on healthy habits and forget the scale

    It's been a rotten week for weather here, and I've not been able to get out for my daily walks. Yesterday we spent 6 hours in the car! However, I've been eating clean and alcohol free, so I'm sure the scale will catch up with me, especially as the weather forecast is for better weather this week. Onwards and downwards!! :smiley:

    @stefchrysler I just started T25 yesterday! Absolutely killer!

    1/22- 218.2 had a better loss but I binged and blew it! So mad at myself. Going to do better this week.
