    TARGET WEIGHT: 185 lbs

    Running 4 miles a day (everyday) and eating mostly salads with (chicken/turkey/shrimp) only drinking water.

    That is awesome,congrats on the weightloss so far!

    Thanks a lot. It's a huge lifestyle change since I have been dormant for the past two years, but each day I find myself getting more motivated to push towards my goal. Forums like this serve as added motivation. Thanks everyone for the inspiration. Wish you all well moving forward.

    Wasn't as dedicated this week and had some slip-ups. I am not discouraged and am ready to amp it back up again this week!

    Take it slow and steady-focus on healthy habits lean meat lots of fruits and veggies and complex carbs-walk every day and you will get there - don't be discouraged take it one day at a time
