    Still the same, but my measurements have decreased so I'm not too worried about it. Maybe I will see some changes on the scale next week :)

    I feel I have found a balance between being mindful of my intake while being realistic. Throw in regular exercise and I think it's a winning combo!

    I totally was aware of going over in calories a few days this week, and the scale really didn't move. I was really munchy and ravenous, but I think I got it out of my system. Back to it this week! I have two intense workouts planned for tomorrow, so it's a good way to start the new month.
