I'm deciding whether to do a March madness event at the gym. It's a competition to see who can loose the most % of body fat this month. I think it will help me with these last 10 pounds I've been aiming for in this challenge. I'd have to do a body composition screening...Even tho I'm not a very shy person, for some reason I dont the want to do the screening. The trainer's are awesome, not judgy at all, but it feels so.... Intimate. I think I'm gonna do it, I just feel sheepish2
