I needed to hear this today!
Just for today: I will work off the 2 donuts I just ate, and have a healthier dinner!3 -

I'll keep the 390 calories intact that i'll have left over. I will also worry less about what I don't have, and focus on what I do. I will also not be so hard on myself!2 -

Log every bite, and stay within calorie limit
Do some type of exercise2 -

This is the third time I have downloaded myfitnesspal onto my phone. The first two times I used it a little while, then ignored it, then deleted it.

Just for Today: I will listen to my body and not push too hard. I have a tendency towards pushing and an all or nothing attitude, if I can't exercise hard then I might as well sit down and eat popcorn (I love popcorn). My body is not as strong as it was pre-cancer. Today I will accept that and not give up because I can't do what I used to do.0

JUST FOR TODAY: I will not rely on a glass of wine to change my mood. I will exercise instead, cuz that's the biggest stress buster ever but I really, really, really want to drink my wine and luckily there's no more at home and my favorite wine is sold 1/2 hour drive from my house and I'm too lazy to go there and get some anyway.
