I'm not new to mfp but looking to add friends that are doing keto. I am weaning off carbs now and hope to be in ketogenic mode by next week. Open diaries would be helpful and friends who like to share ideas. TIA

I am keto but not logging my food ....pinterest.com and ruled.me are awesome for recipes ....there is an LCD group that you might want to join ...plenty of good stuff there and the people are awesome
