Well I just got back from vacation and I leave on vacation again on Thursday so I won't be able to really keep track this week. I will do my weigh in tomorrow.0

I am in on this weeks challenge!
I was told last week that I need to NOT excersize until I am cleared by my Dr. cuz when I do lunges and squats I get a "funny felling" and sometimes blurry vision - SO ANYWAY, instead of workouts I am walking and really cutting back on sodium, taking my water pills and drinking more water. You know stuff I should be doing anyway :-)
Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th!! I took my husband out to eat last night - free subway with all the points I have acumilated, he he - :laugh: Kids were with gmas for 3 days - I had an amazing time :happy:

So I went to the gym today for the first time in a month. Of corse they were closed... Thankfully the exercise bike that came home last Thursday finally got put together last night. It is awesome! I've gotten so lazy lately but the bike got my butt in gear today. After 30 minutes on the bike I felt so great that I went for a 45 min walk. I've missed you endorphins!
And I will second that walking is DEFINATELY exercise, lol. I have rubber legs right now. :laugh:0 -

hey every1. i've been MIA for a while & just wanted 2 say hiya. i was sick as a dog last wk :sick: (strep-ish??? wasn't strep but had all the symptoms & the dr even checked the coulture... w/e...) & still just recoverin. hopefully i'll b fully recovered by next wk & back doin exercisin. WHOOHOO! lol.0

I had a cooking accident and I'm pissed! I was grinding salt over a pan of cooking chicken and the top came off and poored a ton of salt into the pan. I scooped out as much as a could but the food was still really saltly. I added 1/2 tsp of salt to my diary (not sure if this is not enough or too much) which is what put me over on sodium today. I should have thrown it out.... I've had 20 cups of water today and I'm still thirsty. :sick:0 -

I have travel days where I eat out for every meal. It isn't hard to get to 4-5000 mg of sodium when you don't prepair your own food.
When I post the new thread I will repeat this week's challenges since there have been request for both of them. Message me with any new challenge ideas.0
