Total calories burned this week: 4661/3500 (give or take my 1270 for cleaning)
The 1270 calories today are from cleaning (5 hours!). This is what the MFP calculator says.... I don't buy it.0 -
I'm really happy to see that I'm not the only one who has struggled this week with the challenges. Not that I want to see others do bad but I guess it makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one struggling. KUDOS to those kicking the challenges butt. I've decided to not even finish for this week but rather to regroup and get back on track to kick off the new week at its beginning (Sunday). I'm thinking an early morning run will help me get focused......0
