I want to find smores pop tarts in the stand-alone two packs. Until then, I am pop tart free. Although, chocolate with chocolate frosting pop tart would be yum, too. I don't care much for the fruit flavors.
I like pop tarts.
You need to find a vending machine that stocks them!0 -

I'm with you! "Healthier" is good enough. We all need to start somewhere, and small steps lead to giant leaps over time. I LOVE FOOD TOO MUCH TO LET GO! LMBO So I just focus on small changes daily, and still have my cravings satisfied. I don't want the monster (binge eating) to come out. It's scary, and hard to come back from.1 -
Has anyone gone to the Sugar Factory ! I'm so excited to go!! Would love to get some reviews on the menu.

Right, I'm ruining your fun, lol. I'm still trying to understand the fun that fit people derive from posting pics of desserts and gushing about candy on a fitness message board.7 -

It's actually a good tactic to avoid going nuts over a poptart. If I'm always questing for the holy grail, then I'm not actually eating it.0 -

As of today I have lost 95lbs by not depriving myself of anything. I am in outstanding cardiovascular shape while I train for my first half marathon. I share in the joy of weight loss with my friends here on MFP by incorporating foods I love within my calorie limits.
I live my life sans a stick up my butt about what other people think about what I eat or how much of it or when.

And yet, here you are...
I'm still trying to understand the pleasure that some people get from shaming others for their food choices, their weight, their lack of fitness... but I guess both of us will just have to noodle on life's mysteries...14 -

Shame. We have a walnut tree in the garden. Those are some of the best damned nuts I've ever eaten. I just can't eat them raw (= open sores all over my mouth). But once they've been subjected to high temperatures... like in baking... no problems!0
