Well done! ~hug~ It's hard, but such an amazing feeling. I threw away a whole lot of hard work a year or so ago. I'd lost 10 kgs over three or four months. A change in life came along, moving house - which I find extremely hard to deal with - and I slowly and steadily gave up. I gained it all back, and more. Now I'm back at it and determined not to throw away my hard work again. Here's to being healthier and happier with our bodies.0 -
