    I don't worry about it.

    I use hot sauce almost daily. When I make cauliflower buffalo wings I use 1/4 to 1/2 cup for the sauce and eat the entire amount that I make. It has never made a difference for me outside of minor water weight gain sometimes.

    There has to be a better name for this! Stop trying to trick people into eating cauliflower by attaching the names of great food to it!

    Oh here is some cauliflower pizza, or cauliflower buffalo wings, or do you want some cauliflower hash browns! No I just want pizza, buffalo wings, and hash browns you crazy magician!
