APEX challenge

So my gym has a 6 week challenge. Based on weight, inches, and before and after photos. Winner wins a trip for 2 to Europe. HOW EXCITING IS THAT (just have to find someone to go with me...)? It's not going to be easy, because my body only likes to lose 1 lb per month. So I hired a personal trainer to help me overcome my slow hump.

Lucky for me my personally trainer Ashley also has her own 6 week challenge. Winner wins 2 free sessions with her. Based on showing up to gym and logging food. I can Totally rock this one!!

So my personal training came with assessments. A scan measures my body mass and bone density...pretty cool. A 3D scanner measured my entire body for measurements. And I also learned my personal resting metabolism 1425 (which verifies I do not eat enough). And the coolest thing I learned was my target heart rate for most fat lost 118. All good tools to help me do this.
