Hey everyone!!!
I'm restarting my Atkins 20 diet and I was looking for some supports who may be doing the same. I've done this before (during the holidays... that was dumb. Ha!) So I know some things about it.
I was hoping we could share funny memes about carbs, recipes, and have some moral support for eachother when we get the keto flu.
Im also new here so fr me!!! I need all the support I can get

Not low carb myself (no medical issues for me)......but check out low carb groups for support

I'm not sure what Atkins 20 is... 20 days?
FYI, keto flu is avoidable. It is actually low electrolytes resulting from lower insulin which flushes water and sodium from the body. Supplement with 3000-5000mg of sodium per day to avoid it. That's about 1-2+ teaspoons of salt (salt food, add salt to water, drink broth, take salt tablets).
If you let sodium get low, potassium and magnesium will follow (leg cramps, nausea and BM issues). You may want to supplement with K and Mg too.
