I have logged for 2 weeks straight - even on the two days I went over. My goal is to log 100 days - even if its not pretty.
Feel free to post your own tiny successes - we all want to feel proud of the little things, and don't all have a BIG story to share....yet

Great job Starting is the hardest part and you have accomplished that already. I started with the same goal. It was 100 days until my birthday. I'm almost half way there and have dropped significant weight and am wearing stuff that hasn't fit in years. Keep up the good work!16

I have lost 11lbs for the first time in a year.18

I have logged in for 100 days today, when i started i decided i would log everyday no matter what. Logging has kept me accountable.13

I've only lost 14 pounds so far but that shifted me from borderline obese to just slightly overweight. 1 more pound and I'll be at 150 lbs, 6 more pounds to go until I have a "healthy" BMI! I'm 5'4" so just a few pounds makes a big difference on my frame. Also have gone from sedentary and extremely out of shape to quite active and lifting weights 3 times a week plus hiking & walking & hiit cardio. Feeling great! Stay tuned for when I hit my final goal weight of 140 and then will post a "success story" with pics...15

Every single act of logging a food item accurately is a success. Even if we go over our calorie budget for a day, owning the truth to our diary is a success.9

Totally agree, I weigh everything, if not I'm cheating myself3

Wearing a pair of size 14 jeans today. When I started in August, I was size 22. I don't think I've worn size 14 since middle school and I'm 38.16

Congratulations! No matter how short the logging streak, you're always doing better than the person that creates an account and then never bothers with their health again after a day or two.4

I've logged the last two days after saying for months "I'll start tomorrow." It's a very small win, but I'll take it!12

My goal for this week was to work out at least 4 days, and I already hit that goal. I'm actually hoping to make it so that I do a workout every day this week now. It doesn't seem like much, but hopefully this can get me into a better workout routine.3
