    Just got back from camping where I ate a lot of high sodium foods so I'm a little puffy. There's only about 8lbs difference between these photos (From 246 to 238). Been walking, doing 30DS, and counting my cals ~1600/day. I eat back my exercise cals. Slow but sure progress!

    Saw more progress this past week! This a few days after the "current" above. This coming Wednesday marks three months using MFP for me and I'm so happy to see progress! I don't look like I'm wearing a fat suit so much anymore. :blushing:

    I have no pictures to share (sadly ; v ;" ) but I started May 13th at 196 pounds, and now I'm down to 174-175 pounds. It feels nice not being so bloated anymore, lol. xD But I still have a long ways to go until I'm satisfied with my weight!

    Still got a bit to go, but the fat pic was at the begining of the summer (250) and the not so fat pic was last saturday (204) I'm getting there!
