5'8" here and same issues - have such broad shoulders and hips that BMI is totally out of the window (if I referred to that properly I would look like skelator)1

Hey all... 5' 10" here and 203 lbs. I just started again. Had two babies in the last 4 years, and gained back the 40 lbs I had shed years ago. My goal for now is 174, which is a healthy BMI for my height.

I have wanted to lift heavy, but I have no access to a gym (live over an hour from the closest one and I'm a SAHM)
